PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING

We are a travel agency offering bus travel services in English.
We travel by buses, touristic coaches with semi-reclining seats.

You do not have to be a student to join our trips. Most of our travellers are Expats.

The age limit for travelling with us is from 3 to 55 years old.

The ticket price for the kids is the same as adults. Every person no matter of age needs a ticket.

You can take a stroller for the kid with you, and we can put it in the trunk of the bus.

If you wish to bring your guests who are older than 55 years old, it is possible only if you join the trip with them.

Please book your trips in advance, because they are getting sold out when the date approaches.

If a trip is marked as sold out, then there are no seats available for that trip.

Please do not call us and ask if we have seats for that trip when it says sold out.

But you can get on the waiting list by sending an email to info@studifahrten.de.

Every traveller needs their physical passport while travelling.

The soft copy of the passport is not accepted as a valid travel document.

Join us for an incredible journey to Munich, where you’ll create memories that will last a lifetime.

Oktoberfest is a 16-day festival celebrating beer held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Running from September to the first weekend in October, it is one of the most famous events in Germany and is the world's largest fair, with more than 6 million people from around the world attending the event every year. To the locals, it is not called Oktoberfest, but "die Wiesn", after the colloquial name of the fairgrounds themselves. The Oktoberfest is an important part of Bavarian culture, having been held since 1810.

Trip Plan

👉 Friday, 18.09.2026 - Departures
We start on Friday evening / night from our cities to Munich. Departure places and times are below.

👉 Saturday, 19.09.2026 - Munich
It's the opening day of Oktoberfest. Since it is the opening day, it will not be easy to go into the tents and change the tents. So once you are in enjoy it! It does not cost extra entrance fee to enter the tents. We just need to be there early, and we will be early! At noon, the Mayor of Munich will have the honour of tapping the first keg of Oktoberfest beer. Once the barrel has been tapped, all visitors will then be allowed to quench their thirst. It pays to arrive early in order to experience the festivities up close and personal and it's quite common for visitors to come early to secure good seats.

👉 Sunday, 20.09.2026 - Arrival back
Arrival back to our cities on Saturday night to Sunday morning.
