The next day, we’ll travel to Étretat — a picturesque seaside town on the English Channel, famous for its striking white cliffs and dramatic ocean views that have inspired artists and poets for centuries.

We’ll finish our journey with hearts full of memories and phones full of incredible photos.

MONT-SAINT-MICHEL

Mont-Saint-Michel is one of France’s most iconic landmarks — a stunning island commune crowned by a medieval abbey. Surrounded by tidal waters, it offers an unforgettable experience of history, architecture, and dramatic landscapes.

RENNES

Rennes is the vibrant capital of Brittany, known for its charming old town, half-timbered houses, and lively cultural scene. It's a perfect mix of history and modern life, ideal for strolling, exploring, and tasting local specialties.

ÉTRETAT

Étretat is a picturesque coastal town on the Normandy coast, famous for its white chalk cliffs and natural rock arches. Its breathtaking seaside views have inspired artists like Monet and continue to captivate visitors with their wild beauty.

Trip Plan

We will arrive at Mont Saint-Michel in the morning, where we’ll spend the day exploring this stunning island commune, known for its medieval architecture and breathtaking views. Take your time to wander through the narrow streets, visit the famous abbey, and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Later in the afternoon, we will head to Rennes, the capital of Brittany. After arriving, we’ll check in to our hotel and have the rest of the evening free to explore the charming city, its historical center, and vibrant local life.

Hotel rooms accommodate 2 or 4 people. We will give the rooms for 2 people to the couples firstly. If you are a couple please write us an email after the booking.

Morning breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Étretat.
You will have 9 hours of free time to enjoy this stunning coastal town, famous for its dramatic white cliffs and natural rock arches. This is a perfect place for hiking along breathtaking trails with panoramic sea views, or simply relaxing and swimming at the beach. Hiking route suggestions will be provided.

In the evening, we will gather and begin our return journey to Germany.

The given departure times are approximate timings and can be 1 hour earlier or 1 hour later. We always send the exact departure times 3 days before the trip in the last email with all other trip info. For room arrangements we will ask you for your wishes one week before the trip.
