PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING

We are a travel agency offering bus travel services in English.
We travel by buses, touristic coaches with semi-reclining seats.

You do not have to be a student to join our trips. Most of our travellers are Expats.

The age limit for travelling with us is from 3 to 55 years old.

The ticket price for the kids is the same as adults. Every person no matter of age needs a ticket.

You can take a stroller for the kid with you, and we can put it in the trunk of the bus.

If you wish to bring your guests who are older than 55 years old, it is possible only if you join the trip with them.

Please book your trips in advance, because they are getting sold out when the date approaches.

If a trip is marked as sold out, then there are no seats available for that trip.

Please do not call us and ask if we have seats for that trip when it says sold out.

But you can get on the waiting list by sending an email to info@studifahrten.de.

Every traveller needs their physical passport while travelling.

The soft copy of the passport is not accepted as a valid travel document.

ITALY TRIP

We know you are all waiting to visit Italy again like every year with us. We have been to Italy so many times and we know what you are interested in seeing, eating and buying. So you are again in good hands with us and we will take care of you the whole trip!

Como

Our first Stop Como is a city and commune in Lombardy, Italy. Como sits where the southern and western shores converge. Its proximity to Lake Como and to the Alps has made Como a tourist destination and the city contains numerous works of art, churches, gardens, museums, theatres, parks and palaces.

Milano

From Como we will go to Milano by train on the first day. The train ride is very nice and comfortable, and costs only 4,80 €. Whether you’re into fashion or history, there’s something for everyone in Milano. Despite how Milan is portrayed on the world’s stage, the city is anything but flashy. Many of its most interesting sights and attractions are not readily apparent, so you’ll need to dig a little deeper to discover the gems that really make the city unique. Luckily, Milan is surprisingly walkable and at times feels more like a compact town than a major European metropolis. And once you start chipping away at its foreboding exterior, you’ll find untold treasures below the surface: priceless works of art, eccentric beautiful buildings, world-class restaurants and oases of calm.

Florence & Pisa

On our second day our first stop will be Pisa. The reality is that apart from the tower, there is very little to see in Pisa (compared to nearby Florence) and the main tourist area can be trodden on foot in under an hour. However, don’t let that confuse you into thinking that there’s nothing to see or do in Pisa – there really is. And, without the coachloads that hit Florence, spending a day here eating, drinking espresso and wandering the streets will help you acclimatise to the Italian way of life. Leaning Tower of Pisa is one of Italy’s most iconic symbols. The Leaning Tower of Pisa took 344 years to build, beginning in August 1173. The tower started to lean during construction because the foundation was built on soft ground that had difficulty supporting the weight. After we have seen enough from pisa, we will head to Florence with our bus.

After Pisa our next stop will be Florence. Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, offers a rich blend of art, history, and architecture. Start with the Duomo (Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore), famous for its massive dome by Brunelleschi. Nearby, the Piazza della Signoria is a historic square home to the Palazzo Vecchio and outdoor sculptures like David (a replica of Michelangelo masterpiece).

Art lovers should visit the Uffizi Gallery, housing works by Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, and Raphael. Just across the river, the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens offer a majestic view of Renaissance art and beautiful green spaces.

For a glimpse into Florence past, visit the Bargello Museum, which showcases Renaissance sculpture, or walk across the iconic Ponte Vecchio, lined with jewelry shops. The Accademia Gallery is home to Michelangelo's original David statue, an essential visit for art enthusiasts.

Don't miss Santa Croce Church, the resting place of many famous Italians, including Michelangelo and Galileo. To end your day, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the charming streets and enjoy a traditional Italian meal in one of Florence's cozy trattorias.

Venice

After the check out we will reach Venice and take a time and imagine a city of 118 islands threaded by 180 canals, these watery roads lined by Gothic-filigree palazzi, spanned by409 lithe footbridges, and plied by fleets of crooked-nose, coffin-black gondolas. Now, picture a tangle of ancient alleys, the houses often no more than shoulder-width apart, connecting countless pocket-sized squares, each anchored by a church filled with Titans or a museum stuffed with Renaissance or modern art.

Venice island is divided in about 8 neighbourhoods, but the best thing of Venice is to get lost and enjoy the adventure. Just be aware or set yourself an alarm on your phone to remind you that it is time to head to our meeting point, as from our experience we know that this adventure can make you lose the track of time.

Trip Plan

👉 22 .05.2026, Friday - Departures
We will start from Germany to Italy in the late afternoon and evening! The departure cities and times are below.

👉 23.05.2026, Saturday - Como & Milan
On the first morning we arrive to Como, admire the beautiful lake, enjoy the view and nature of Como. The optimum time for Como is 4 hours but you can decide how long you want to stay in Como as we will take the train to Milan. In this time period you can get on the funicular and visit the beautiful hill, take a boat tour on the fabulous Como lake, visit the city centre and see the historical buildings of Como. Then we will take the train and reach Milano and enjoy the Castle. Here we will have enough time to explore the city. According to our experience of ten years in trip planning, we suggest this time schedule. Less than 4 hours would be too short time for Como, and more than 7 hours would be too boring for Milan. The train ride from Como and Milan is 1 hour and it´s the best time to relax. For a beautiful day in Milan we will provide you with an info brochure which is tailor made by us for Studifahrten passengers. In Milan you will enjoy the exclusive shops, explore the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, taste the amazing pizza in Milan and will have the opportunity to visit the famous Duomo di Santa Maria! In the evening we will meet again and drive to Bologna with our bus and check in to our Hotel with rooms for 2 or 3 guests. If you are 2 friends or a couple, don´t worry, there is no additional charge for the double room.

👉 24.05.2026, Sunday - Pisa & Florence
We will wake up early in the morning and after the breakfast we will head to Pisa. In Pisa we will have 1,5 hours to take the pictures you have dreamed of whole your life in front of the Leaning Tower of Pisa and its surroundings. After Pisa our next stop will be Florence. Then we will have free time till the evening.

👉 25.05.2026, Monday - Venice
After breakfast we will check out from our hotel and head to Venice!
In Tronchetto we will get off our bus and jump on one of our private boats to reach Venice over the sea! Meanwhile you will be taking amazing pictures as we will have an amazing view. In Venice we will explore the St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, Grande Canal and enjoy the beautiful narrow streets of Venice.
Then the great trip will reach the end in the evening and we will take the boat back to Tronchetto to our bus and will try to bring everyone back as soon as possible since next day people need to work or university.

👉 26.05.2026, Tuesday - Arrival
Arrival back to our homes.
