- Friday, 03.11.2017 - Departures
We start on Friday evening / night from Germany and head to Belgium. The departure cities and times are below.

​- Saturday, 04.11.2017 - Bruges & Brussels
Early in the morning we arrive to Bruges and get inspired by the amazing city arrive to Bruges early in the morning. Bruges is the historic city centre and is a prominent World Heritage Site of Unesco. Here we can see The Beguinage, The Basilica of the Holy Blood, The Modern Concert Building Concertgebouw, The old St. John’s Hospital, The Saint Salvator’s Cathedral, The Gröningenmuseum and the famous City Hall on the Burg Square which you can remember from the film in Bruges of Colin Farrell. :) We will spend in Bruges around 4 hours in which we will be able to see the whole city and then head to Brussels.

Arrival to Brussels should be around 13:00 and we will have at least 10 hours in Brussels which is also enough for Brussels. In Brussels you will have the chance to see the Grote Markt, Grand Palace, Hotel de Ville, Manneken Pis (the peeing guy), the Royal Museum of Fine Arts, Palais Royal, Palais of Justice and many other historical buildings. If you are also interested in politics and would like to know a little about the European Politics, you will also have the chance to visit the Parlamentarium of the European Parliament! Late at night around 23:00-23:30 we will depart from Brussels and come back to our cities.

The given depature times are approximate timings and can be 1 hour earlier or 1 hour later. We always send the exact departure times 3 days before the trip in the last email with all other trip infos.

Name Change: If you would like to cancel and another person wants to take your place, Studifahrten must be informed about it at least 24 hours before the trip, so that the name change is possible. A name change for the trip costs 10 €.

Departure City Change: If there are less than 10 participants from a departure city, the point will be cancelled and the travellers will be informed 5 days before the trip. In this case the travellers can come to the next departure city or get their full money back. This never happened before but we still want to inform everyone in advance.

 

Your seat is fully booked after the payment. Here is a table for our refund policy in case of a cancellation from your side which explains the date before the trip you cancel the trip, and the refund you would get in case of a cancellation at this date prior to the trip.

Insurance Policy: According to the law, a travel agency has to insure the travelling fee of the passangers if the trip costs more than 75 € or takes more than 24 hours and give you this policy (Sicherungsschein). Our Insurance can be found under Terms and Conditions part at the bottom of the page.
