INTERLAKEN

With its position at the heart of the Bernese Alps, and surrounded by crystal clear lakes, Interlaken is paradise in central Switzerland. As the name suggests, Interlaken is situated on a narrow strip of land between two lakes, Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, both of which are fed by the River Aare. A few minutes walk from the Interlaken Ost station is the funicular station for Harder Kulm. Interlaken’s own ‘mountain’ rises 1322 meters above sea level and is a great place from which to view the town of Interlaken and the surrounding Alps and lakes.

GRINDELWALD

Grindelwald is a favourite destination for those who love the mountains. You will have the chance to view Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau mountains all together in one spot. Grindelwald is surrounded by lush green grassland and towered over by the 3970 meter Eiger.

LAUTERBRUNNEN

Lauterbrunnen is a municipality in the Swiss Alps. It encompasses the village of Lauterbrunnen, set in a valley featuring rocky cliffs and the roaring, 300m-­high Staubbach Falls. Nearby, the glacial waters of Trümmelbach Falls gush through mountain crevices past viewing platforms.

BERN

The Capital of Switzerland had the most famous sights, The Zytglogge (Clock Tower), Parliament Building and BearPark. All of the Old Town is a UNESCO heritage site. Bern’s biggest gift to the sweet-toothed world is Toblerone. The triangular chocolate was invented by Theodor Tobler in 1908 and every piece is still made in Bern. Since it is winter term, we will be visiting Bern in dark.

- Early in the morning, we arrive in Interlaken, which is one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. You will see all shades of green, blue, white and their perfect mixture with nature!

- From Interlaken, we can take the train to go to Grindelwald. After spending two hours in Grindelwald, we will go to the Lauterbrunnen by train.

- In Lauterbrunnen Valley, we will have the chance to experience the waterfalls and steep rock faces up close in two hours. Don´t miss the waterfalls, it´s amazing.

- The ones who want can also do the Paragliding and visit the surrounding mountains in Interlaken. After all our visits to this place we hear the same thing from our travellers "When is the next trip to Interlaken? I want to come here again!" :)

- Your guide will inform you about all the magnificent things to do there.

- After 9 hours of Interlaken we will arrive in Swiss Capital Bern and explore the city for two hours, enjoying the view of the beautiful Aare river, which is the longest river that both rises and ends entirely within Switzerland. Take a walk around the city to visit the Zytglogge, the clock tower, and the Federal Palace of Switzerland!

Interlaken is the best part of the trip, and after feedback of our travellers we shifted Bern visit from the morning to evening so that we can use our time in Interlaken and surroundings much better.

- In the evening we will leave Bern and head to our home cities.
